FeltBridge ("FeltBridge", "we", "us", or "our") builds and publishes software applications, including UnderDraft, SquareGames, ListDeed and its companion applications, and ClipFit (together, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to feltbridge.com and to every application we publish on the Apple App Store, Google Play, and the web, unless that application provides its own policy.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide
- Account information — name, email address, username, password, and optional profile details (photo, bio) when you create an account.
- Content you create — game entries, league and team data, listings, documents, workout content, messages, and other material you submit within the Services.
- Payment information — processed by our payment providers (Stripe, Apple, or Google). We never store full card numbers on our systems.
- Communications — messages you send to our support channels.
Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data — device model, operating system, app version, language, crash logs, and feature-usage events.
- Approximate location — derived from IP address, used for regional settings and security. Precise location is collected only where a feature requires it (for example, finding nearby games) and only with your permission.

Offline-first storage
Our applications are offline-first: a copy of your data is stored locally on your device so the Services work without connectivity, and it synchronizes with our servers when a connection is available. Local data is protected by your device's security and is removed when you uninstall the application or delete your account.
2. How We Use Information
- Provide, operate, synchronize, and improve the Services;
- Create and secure your account, including fraud prevention and abuse detection;
- Process purchases and subscriptions;
- Send service communications (receipts, security notices, feature updates you opt into);
- Analyze aggregate usage to improve reliability and performance;
- Comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your private content to train third-party advertising profiles.
3. How We Share Information
- Service providers — infrastructure and processing partners that host data, deliver media, send notifications, and process payments on our behalf, under contractual confidentiality obligations.
- Other users — information you choose to make visible (for example, a public league page, a shared game grid, or creator content).
- Legal requirements — where required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of FeltBridge, our users, or the public.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to this policy.
4. Data Retention
We keep personal information only as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. When you delete your account, personal data is deleted or anonymized within 30 days, and residual copies are purged from encrypted backups within 90 days. We may retain limited records where required by law (for example, transaction records for tax purposes) or to enforce our agreements.
5. Security
We protect information with encryption in transit and at rest, row-level access controls enforced at the database layer, audit logging, and least-privilege access for our team. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; if we learn of a breach affecting your data we will notify you as required by applicable law.
6. Your Rights and Choices
- Access and portability — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction — update inaccurate information from account settings or by contacting us.
- Deletion — delete your account and associated data at any time; see our Account & Data Deletion page.
- Objection and restriction — object to or restrict certain processing where the law of your region (including GDPR and CCPA/CPRA) provides these rights.
- Notifications — control push notifications from your device settings and email preferences from within the Services.
To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@feltbridge.com. We respond within 30 days and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
7. Children
The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
8. International Transfers
We operate from the United States. If you use the Services from another region, your information is transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate, with safeguards such as standard contractual clauses where required.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the Services or by email before they take effect, and the "last updated" date above will always reflect the current version.
